Unveiled on 13 September 2017, De Burghse Zetel van Daan van Loenhout is a public artwork on Texel’s Vismarkt in Den Burg, positioned beside De Waag. This aluminium and cast-concrete seat was gifted to the village by the Texelfonds and features two aluminium lion cubs, an anchor motif on the backrest, and a wind rose inlaid with the names of Texel’s other villages.
