De Texelse Soepketel

De Texelse Soepketel serves organic, plant-based dishes from a converted 1950s fire brigade truck on Texel. Jacqueline, the owner, crafts fresh, fully organic meals using local ingredients—vegetables from EKO Plaza Texel and Hannie’s garden, tomatoes from De Lepepaar, and bread from Novalishoeve or Texelse Branding. The menu features homemade soups, inspired by her mother’s tradition, served with self-baked pita or artisanal bread.

Every Friday, the foodtruck is at Den Burg’s Groeneplaats from 10:30 to 16:30, offering seasonal soups and takeaway meals. Catering is also available for private events, with Jacqueline bringing the truck to your location. All dishes are free from chemicals and artificial additives.
