The shop specialises in high-quality Texel meat, including beef, pork, and lamb, sourced from local farmers. Their products carry the Echt Texels Product certification, guaranteeing authentic island produce.

The modern facility features chilled workspaces and an EU-approved workshop for meat preserves, combining a traditional butcher’s shop with an online store. The business was fully renovated in 2019, setting a benchmark for Dutch butcheries.
