Pollo on Texel is the only restaurant where chicken takes centre stage. Opened in 2020 by Bart and Vin, it specialises in Veluws free-range chicken, raised for 56 days with indoor and outdoor space, fed on herb-enriched feed without growth promoters or antibiotics. These chickens are part of the IKB (Ik Kook Bewust) assortment, ensuring conscious, flavourful meat.

The colourful restaurant serves hearty chicken dishes alongside classic desserts, bar snacks, wines, and draught beers. Sauces, marinades, and rubs are made in-house, adding a personal touch to every meal. Open Monday to Saturday from 17:00 to 22:00.
