Sportvissen Texel - Rival

Step aboard the Rival, a motor vessel with 45 years of experience offering fishing trips and Wadden Sea excursions on Texel. Schipper Jaap guides visitors to prime fishing spots, sharing tips for catching species like schar and wijting. The boat also hosts seal-watching tours in collaboration with the Bruuzer, blending relaxation with adventure.

Individual tickets are available at the harbour kiosk in Oudeschild when no group is booked, with daily departures at 10:00 (returning by 16:00) and evening fishing trips on Wednesdays in July and August from 17:00 to 23:00. Fishing trips cost €29 per person, with rod rental at €7.50. Group trips (up to 60 people) and ash-scattering ceremonies at sea can be arranged.
